The Aurora Chamber of Commerce offers a professional and accommodating meeting space, available for rent by members of the Aurora Chamber and the local business community.

The boardroom features a large rectangular table, comfortable chairs, an abundance of natural light, and direct access to the outdoors. Parking is available onsite. Wi-Fi and a projector screen are available and included in the rental rate. As a benefit of membership, members may access the boardroom for up to one hour free of charge.

To book the boardroom, please call the office at 905-727-7262. Staff will be happy to determine availability and assist with your request.

Hours of Availability:
8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Maximum Occupancy:
10 People

Rental Rate:
Member Rate: $25 / hour +HST
Non-Member Rate: $40 / hour +HST

Payment in full is required at the time of booking.

A cancellation fee (50 percent of the total amount) will be charged for less than two weeks notice of rental cancellation.

Meetings that extend past the scheduled booking will be charged a fee for the additional time used, due on the day of the meeting.

Important Notes:

- Boardroom rentals are subject to availability.

- Limited parking is available onsite.

- Meeting organizers are required to provide all materials required for the meeting, including refreshments, necessary supplies and electronic equipment (i.e. projector, cables, etc.).

- Meeting attendees are asked to leave the boardroom in the same condition as it was found.

- Meeting attendees are asked to be respectful of staff working in the office in terms of noise levels.
